At Electrowaver, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Quick Summary
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, tags, and all accessories must be intact
- Product serial number/IMEI must match our records
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products with activated warranty or registered serial numbers
- Items with broken seals or missing accessories
- Customized or special order products
- Software, digital products, and gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment:
- JazzCash: Refund to the same JazzCash account used for purchase
- EasyPaisa: Refund to the same EasyPaisa account used for purchase
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to customer's provided account
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant, color, or model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Price difference adjustment (customer pays difference or receives store credit)
- Original item meeting return eligibility criteria
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging
- Keep all original packaging for inspection if required
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For damaged items, we may arrange pickup from your location.
Warranty Claims
For electronics covered under manufacturer warranty:
- Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer's authorized service centers
- Warranty terms vary by brand and product - please check product documentation
- Electrowaver will assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable
- Physical damage, water damage, and software modifications void warranty
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support via email or phone with your order details
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship to the provided address or schedule a pickup
- Track your return and await inspection confirmation
